The Erzurum Mixed-Use Development is one of the region's most comprehensive mixed-use investments, combining residential and commercial spaces. Astera Construction is the main contractor.
The contract was signed on 01.06.2026 and, considering Erzurum's climate and seasonal conditions, construction is planned to start on 01.05.2027. The project is currently in the permit and development phase, with completion expected on 01.06.2029.
