Project Information
A boutique project of two independent 4+1 triplex villas in the city. The structural construction was carried out by Astera Construction.
Astera Ataköy consists of two independent 4+1 triplex villas at the intersection of Turgut Özal and Dr. Sadık Ahmet Boulevards, right next to the Ataköy villas—just minutes from private schools, hospitals and the motorway.
Designed with 5.40 m high ceilings, private jacuzzi pools, winter gardens, interior lifts and Turkish baths, the villas' structural construction was completed by Astera Construction, with earthquake-resistant design, a C-30 concrete raft foundation and waterproofing against groundwater.
